How long does the manufacturing process take?
First time orders: 8-16 weeks from formulation sample approval (This may vary due to packaging, obtaining certifications, raw material supply and stability trials). For existing orders already in our production schedule: 4-8 weeks
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, you're welcome to come in for a meeting, but we're unable to give you a tour of the manufacturing facility when other clients' production runs are taking place due to intellectual property concerns.
Who owns the final formulation IP?
Cosmed Group owns the IP for every formulation we develop; However, we understand that some clients have commercial needs for IP ownership. Come and talk to us about what we can do for you.
What is required before starting new product development?
New clients must complete a Prototype Development Form, which our R&D Team will then review and provide feedback on and arrange a meeting if necessary.
